Simon Wajcenberg
In 1999 Simon founded TMN Plc, one of the first online direct marketing companies, which was listed on AIM in 2000. In 2013 Simon launched K1T Capital a systematic quant-based hedge fund asset management company. In 2017 Simon launched North Block Capital an asset manager investing in Blockchain and cryptocurrency assets. In 2020 Simon became Chairman of EdgeMode a US publicly listed HPC data center operator. Simon has extensive
international board-level expertise, vast experience in M&A and was a winner in the finals of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards.

Dr Niclas Adler
Niclas has 30 years entrepreneurial experience from building technology companies, investing in technology companies and building accelerators for innovation activity in Europe, Asia, Middle East and US – alot of it focused on Smart Cities, AI and high performance computing. His recent work has both been dedicated to develop and deploy solutions for more energy effective high-performance computing solutions as well reducing energy losses in energy systems and facilitating the development and use of new sources for energy production, energy storage and energy transmission. Niclas has experience both as board member and Chairman of the board in Nadaq Stockholm listed companies.
